NKD underwear fits true to size. If you typically fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

 

2. What’s your return or exchange policy for underwear?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're more than happy to make that right.

3. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

For best results:

• Machine wash cold
• Gentle cycle
• Lay flat or hang to dry

Avoid heat to keep your NKDs feeling their best.
